Mark 10:14-16
14. Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them, for of such belongs the kingdom of God.
15. Truly I tell you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will in no case enter it.
16. Then he took them in his arms and blessed them, laying his hands on them.
This passage shows Jesus' mercy toward children, affirming that the Kingdom of God is intended for those who approach it with innocent faith.
Values Taught to Children
Our spiritual values encompass both universal values such as love, kindness, peace, and honesty, and individual traits such as self-awareness, appreciation, and respect for nature. These ideals are essential to children's spiritual and personal development, as well as to the development of their emotional intelligence, sense of purpose, and strong connections with the environment and others. They have an innate ability to connect spiritually, and cultivating these qualities lays the foundation for a caring and meaningful life.
